* Classes: I provide education in pregnancy, labor & birth for women in their childbearing years. Twelve, In depth childbirth classes covering very important issues. The majority of issues discussed will include information not readily available to the public.
* Labor, birth & postpartum Doula care: I provide support during pregnancy by answering ANY questions the expecting family has. I attend a women and/or her family during any point in labor(usually at onset) and throughout birth. I provide support and encouragement in the postpartum period to establish breastfeeding, easier life change transition and baby-family bonding.
* Herbal consult: I provide herbal infusions to any mother during the childbearing years. These infusions have many benefits to mother & child; abundant with nourishing vitamins and minerals, increase in richness & amount of breast milk, miscarriage & hemorrhage prevention, pain reduction during labor and after birth, hemorrhoid reduction and eases morning sickness, leg cramps & muscle spasms. There are actually many benefits beyond these, which will be discussed in Birthing Happy Baby childbirth classes. |
